RAD Creme D is a cream used as an injectable water repellent agent to prevent capillary water absorption of masonry. is injected evenly. Cream in the masonry or interlining sutures through the drilled holes, it can be injected without excessive pressure and the use of specialized equipment. RAD Creme D can be used even in cases where the humidity of the wall is high. However, with a large thickness and high humidity of the walls, it is recommended to use injection under pressure of RAD SMK 550 microemulsion concentrate.

Application

Ready-to-use RAD Creme D cream is injected or other suitable cartridges into the stone or brickwork through the drilled holes. Holes are usually drilled at ground level (outside), or at the level of the floor (inside). It is necessary to select the injection tube and the hole drilled in the corresponding size in the hole to bring the depth to the maximum. For the most filling hole full, slowly squeeze the cream, while slowly removing the tube.

The diameter and the distance between the holes can, between forces, depend on how they are to be modified, the absorption capacity of the material. This allows you to handle various types of masonry (both strong brick walls and walls with voids).

For homogeneous masonry, it is usually recommended to drill holes at a distance of 8-12 cm from each other, with a diameter of 12-20 mm, depending on the specifics of each structure. The depth of the holes should be 5 cm less to be approximately the thickness of the wall. Preferably drill holes horizontally, starting each hole in the masonry seam. It is necessary to completely fill the holes with RAD Creme D cream. These absorbent impregnations are a perfect way of connecting zones. Before injection, all dust from the holes must be removed.

If the masonry has a large thickness and humidity, it is recommended to apply injection under pressure of RAD SMK 550 microemulsion concentrate.

Storage
