It is finely dispersed white powder with modifying additives, dried by spray drying. When mixed with water, it forms a stable dispersion.

It is used for dedusting, reducing water absorption during capillary suction and hardening of the surface of mineral bases: concrete, foam concrete, gas silicate, cement-sand and gypsum plaster / putty, gypsum plaster, GKL, GVL, PGP polymer putty. FEATURES

● After drying, "chains" of polymer chains occur, "polymer bridges" are formed in the pores of the cement stone and on the boundary with the base, acting as a binder. Fragile and dusty grains are fastened, pores and capillaries are filled, strengthening their walls. The base capillary suction of water drastically decreases the adhesion strength (adhesion) with adhesive and trowelling compounds on a mineral and organic basis is increased.

● Increases the strength of the cement adhesive layer and trowel, prevents the removal of water from a thin layer of grout or glue in the first hours of hardening, which is important for hydration of cement, which is the basis of mineral glue and grout.

PREPARATION OF FOUNDATION The working solution can be primed with strong and weakly absorbent mineral bases. The application surface must be firm, clean and dry. Grease, dust, old paintwork and other areas with poor wettability should be removed. PREPARATION OF SOLUTION Dry the primer to be filled portion by part into a container of clean water with a mixer or a drill with a nozzle on. ● 7 liters - to harden the surfaces to be treated and to create a denser moisture barrier to the upper layer of highly absorbent surfaces (gas silicate, foam and polystyrene concrete), which prevents capillary suction. Stirring is performed by a mechanized method: a mixer or a drill with a nozzle at a rotation speed of 400-600 rpm. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Use only clean containers and tools. Precipitation of a small precipitate is permissible. During the work, the solution is recommended to be mixed regularly.

CONDUCTING WORKS

Using a roller, brush, brush or spray gun, ensure a uniform distribution of the primer over the surface. Do not allow the mortar to dry out on the surface of the tool. Wash the tool with warm water after use.
